Families
78% of Lebanon’s families have sunk below the poverty line. 15% of Lebanon’s Christians have left the country since 2019. The ones left behind are literally without food, medicine, electricity, or heating. These are the Holy Land’s last standing Christian community. The total number of Christians remaining in Lebanon’s villages is down to less than 200,000 families.
We support families by providing basic needs: food, fuel for warmth, healthcare, and work opportunity to build sustained resilience.
We reach our families through our community partners: the schools. And our volunteers assess the need of every family with utter care for maintaining dignity and building local solidarity. Every intervention employs local community members as suppliers or support staff.
